These Terms govern your use of the BiteBuzz mobile app and related services (“BiteBuzz”), operated by [BiteBuzz LLC / operating entity] (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using BiteBuzz, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BiteBuzz.
You must be at least 17 years old to use BiteBuzz. By using it you represent that you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
BiteBuzz is a discovery tool. It shows information about deals, specials, and offers at local businesses. Some listings are submitted by the businesses themselves; others are compiled by us from publicly available information.
BiteBuzz is not the seller, and does not make, guarantee, honor, or process any deal. We do not sell food, drinks, or anything else. Every transaction is directly between you and the business.
Offers change, sell out, end, or contain conditions we don't know about. We try to keep listings accurate and give you tools to report problems, but we do not warrant that any deal is current, available, correctly described, or that a business will honor it. Confirm the offer with the business before you rely on it.
Some listings describe offers on alcoholic beverages. You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol. BiteBuzz does not sell, serve, or deliver alcohol, and is not responsible for a business's compliance with liquor laws or for anything arising from the purchase or consumption of alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly at hello@bitebuzz.app if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time.

If you register or manage a business on BiteBuzz, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that your offers are accurate, lawful, and that you hold any license required to make them (including any liquor license). You are solely responsible for the legality of your offers and for honoring them. You grant us a license to display your business name, details, and offers in the app and in related promotion. We may remove any listing at our discretion.
BiteBuzz, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
Anything you submit — reports, feedback, business details — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt for operating and improving BiteBuzz. You keep ownership of what you submit.
BiteBuzz is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty about the accuracy, availability, or reliability of listings. Your use of BiteBuzz is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of BiteBuzz — including anything arising from your interactions with a business, a deal that is inaccurate or not honored, your travel to a location, or the purchase or consumption of food or alcohol.
Our total liability for any claim relating to BiteBuzz will not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, during the pilot, is $0).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of BiteBuzz, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using BiteBuzz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 8–11) will survive.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use BiteBuzz after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Doña Ana County, New Mexico, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
